In order to remove some of the clutter from Brikifilms a few features have been turned off. The main reason for this was that they were simply not used so I'm pretty sure this will have no effect on your experience of editing here.
- Wiki Chat - this has been switched off because since its switching on a couple of years ago I believe there has only ever been 1 conversation in it! The chat also creates unnecessary clutter on the wiki homepage. If you are looking for somewhere else to chat to people about brickfilming then I recommend checking out Bricks In Motion's mibbit chat.
- Top 10 Lists - this feature was originally used for recommending films to add the Films Directory but that is now done in a thread on the wiki forum. While I think top 1…
Well it seems that things have been a little quiet around here recently! Personally I'm sorry for not contributing but I've been busy (and I'm sure many other brickfilmers are!) with a bunch of exams to prepare for in the summer!.Anyway I noticed a few people over in the Bricks In Motion thread seemed to be unsure on how they could help the wiki out.
So I thought I'd post a few suggestions of places to edit:

Today I made major design changes to the main page. My main reasons for doing so were to tidy it up and as a result make the wiki seem more professional and appealing to look at.
If there are any suggestions to how it could be improved or things that you things you don't like about it further feel free to comment below.
Also if you wish to see the extent of the changes you can check out a comparison of before and after here.

Things have unfortunately been a bit quiet recently and it would be fantastic if you could help us out, whether that be adding one line or creating a whole page.
One large area on the wiki that needs addressing is how pages about individual films or animators should be presented. To avoid excessive self promotion (people creating pages about themselves and being biast) I personally feel that there needs to be some sort of criteria to letting people have a wiki page for them or their films.
I suggest that perhaps animators who have won an official competition on Bricks In Motion deserve pages and people on YouTube with over 10,000 subscribers. I accept this is…
